HEAT TREATMENT
TOOLMAN offer a comprehensive range of heat treatment, cryogenic treatment and quenching facilities.

The heat treatment allows the adjustment of material characteristics based on the customer’s end-use environment. TOOLMAN has various types of furnaces that will be maintained regularly to meet the quality and cost requirements of our customers.

    Main equipment:
  • Batch Type Furnace
  • Bogie Hearth Type Furnace
  • Bell type Annealing Furnace,
  • Quenching and tempering heat-treatment furnace
  • Oil and Gas poured annealing furnace from upto 25 tons capacity
  • Spehrodised annealing furnace up to 25 tons
  • Quenching and Tempering as per API 6A/AMS 2570 with a quench delay of less than 30 seconds
  • Normalising furnace, Bogie type up to 25 tons capacity.

Full Control

Facilities are all centrally computer controlled with constant time and temperature monitoring.

Quenching

There are a range of quenching facilities available across our site. This includes both oil and water quench areas which provide differing cooling levels, in turn offering differing material characteristics in the finished material.
